• Personal details (including screen-grab or photograph of Id if over 18, e.g. passport, driving licence etc.)
• Previous relevant grades
• Contact details (including emergency contact details)
• National Insurance number (if you are applying for an Apprenticeship or you are aged 19+ and unemployed)
• Passport or Biometric Residence Permit (if you have not been resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years)
• A screen-grab or photograph of your UK Gov 'share code' (if you are a non-UK national with pre-settled or settled status)
• Application Registration Card (ARC) or Aspen Card (if you are a registered asylum seeker)
